I started working in multinational companies such as Erste Bank, Diageo and K&H Bank. I had different jobs, worked as finance trainee, project maanger trainee and customer supply chain manager trainee.After those experiences I discovered the startup world and was so amazed by the tons of innovation. I joined a non-profit organization/student organization called InCube and in one year I became the co-president. We organize educational events, workshops and also run an incubation program for university students. As a co-president I learnt how to make strategies, lead projects and people properly and gained negotiation and presentation skills . At the end of 2018 with three organizations we created a matchmaking event called MatchPoint. We have organized 5 succesful event so far.In 2019 I started to work as a marketing and customer happiness officer in E-Magine Tours Budapest the biggest e-scooter tour operator in Hungary.I’ve learnt a lot as I have never worked in marketing field and in return I used my connections and skills to help the company grow faster.Apart from my tasks I was always ready to participate in other fields and help my colleagues.Also in 2019 my friend and I signed up for an innovation contest called RedBull Basement University. Winning the first round with our project EduCat we represented Hungary in Toronto where we pitched our project and met other teams from more than 24 countries. Working on EduCat I had to learn quite a lot as product development, business development, idea validation, market research etc.In the Q1 of 2020 when the COVID-19 reached Hungary I came up with an idea to help the community. I set up a team and built a website called HelpInCorona where people can ask for help and offer support. Thanks to Sláger FM (radio station) I had the chance to share my project in their morning show.Beside my previous experiences I’m ready to gain more experience, learn and develop new skills to apply the knowledge in my future and work.
