I am an experienced manufacturing planner with the ability to balance the requirements of customers with the demands of an organisation, who is seeking new challenges and opportunities within a new industry.I have extensive experience within both HMHV and HMLV (High mix high/low volume) build to order manufacturing production facilities.My immediate career plan is to build on my current knowledge and experience of working in a manufacturing planning office where I can apply my skills of planning and maintaining stock levels, whilst using stock rotation and waste management to ensure the company operates as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. Long term I want to leverage my years of experience by bringing leadership and coordination to a team of planners and ensure proactive, effective and efficient support to the business.I am a dedicated team player with excellent communication and listening skills who understands all employees are valuable. I have high standards, with a keen eye for detail and expect the same from my team. I am confident in learning new systems and am able to rapidly understand and provide training for other members of my team, developing their abilities alongside my own, allowing the team to rise to new challenges quickly.
