For three decades David R. Bundrick, Ph.D., served as a university professor and higher education administrator. During that time he also bought, sold and managed property in Springfield, Branson and Ozark. He became a full-time REALTOR with a passion for helping people make educated decisions in real estate and delivering prompt, excellent customer service. David received the Bronze Medal Award of Excellence for exceeding $2 Million in sales in his rookie year. He has served on the Education Committee of the Greater Springfield Board of REALTORS.

Implemented the new School of Theology, developed facilities, supervised faculty and staff, organized academic structure and programs, recruited students, and gave oversight to accreditation and grants.

Facilitate the multi-dimensional development of university students by delivering continuously-improving quality programs to students in counseling services, health services, career services, residential housing, commuter services, public safety, student activities, judicial affairs, event management, and spiritual life.

Served first as Secretary then Chair of the denomination’s Board of Education, overseeing 18 endorsed church-affiliated higher education institutions.

Full-time teaching in religious studies, advising student groups, serving on various committees in academics and student life, etc.
