Partnerships and solutions.

Managing and developing the partner ecosystem for Selligent in mainly, but notexclusively, the Benelux region. Establishing long lasting partnerships with both newand trusted premium partners. Earning trust by overseeing projects and supportingsmooth and natural collaboration between internal and external teams. Resolvingproduct or project escalations by our mutual clients to protect both the partner andvendor’s interests. Onboarding and coaching partners to become true Selligentadvocates. Enabling our partners with training, certifications and recurringretrospectives. Acting as the glue between partners and our internal teams such asClient success, Product, Services, Support and Sales. I am truly proud of how thepartner ecosystem has grown and matured during my time.

Managing a portfolio of 20-30 clients and enabling them technically to fully utilize thecapabilities of the Selligent product suite. Onboarding new clients, being responsible forresolving escalations and managing client expectations.

Working on various web applications in different teams. Mainly html, bootstrap, JQuery, web services and more. Both client and server side.

Working as part of a development team consisting of 30 members. Including developers, analysts, testers and management. Utilizing retrospective and planning meetings to improve our development process by Agile and SCRUM methods.
