Maintained project plans, budgets, meeting minutes and agendas, task lists, managed risk, controlled scope creep, etc. Kept the sponsors informed of project progress and worked to creatively address issues as they arose. Acted as System Analyst where necessary to ensure project continuity.

Responsible for developing the overall quality approach for a new product from concept to production. Ensured all DHF documentation met federal and international regulatory requirements. Managed risk for the project and generate risk documentation, quality plans, training plans, and design, verify, validate, and release new fixtures. Designed quality tests and worked with both outside manufacturing and Stryker's production floor to ensure component production and product production met requirements and met Stryker's reputation high level of quality. Supported RAQA during FDA inspections. Tracked field failures and worked with Quality Engineers to root cause and resolve trending issues.

Managed an outstanding group of Project Engineers and CAD drafters. Maintained a $1 million plus budget. Achieved 100% service levels and 90% retention rate which was up from 20% when I took the position. Led numerous cost reduction initiatives. Created a new training program for incoming Project Engineers.

Designed integrated operating rooms and conference rooms for hospitals. Planned the multi-million dollar installations from the technical side and worked with the installers to get them installed. Acted as top tier technical support. Worked closely with all levels of hospital staff on the design of operating rooms to meet the hospital needs. ISO13485 trained inspector.
