I have been associated with Reset now for over 5 years where my main role is Business Development.and I have been responsible for a lot of the Company's growth over that period. The Reset slogan is "Compliance without Compromise" which we achieve with an innovative online system for checking the competence of individual contractors working on any site. I was on contract to BT as a Senior Project Manager working on a large Government Account and involved with the automation and improvement of the provision of Management Information to support the Billing process. I was responsible for five projects each dealing with a different area of information provision and had seven staff managed in a matrix format. I also had a further seven other agencies providing resource or supplying product into the projects. I was reporting to the Programme Manager and used Prince 2 as interpreted by BT as their Design and Build methodology. This project is realising benefits for BT which are in the millions of pounds therefore Benefits Realisation played a major part in the project work.
