While performing this role I supported municipal construction inspectors on multiple contracts involving road, sidewalk, curb, and sod resurfacing. When on site, I was responsible for confirming materials testing results adhere to Town of Whitby design requirements. I performed frequent site safety checks and completed safety reports for workers, surrounding bystanders, ensuring proper PPE and safe work practices are followed. I communicated directly with project stakeholders providing updates or changes to the project and resolved residential complaints. Using standard civil engineering instrumentation, I recorded measurements for internal records and reports prior to and following the completion of work. Finally, I prepared material and cost estimates monthly for invoicing purposes.

I performed the role of a Cost and Schedule Analyst for the Program team in the Darlington Refurbishment, Project Planning & Controls department. Primary responsibilities included reviewing and processing project changes in various enterprise project management software according to company governance. On a regular basis I would generate reports, and update organizational wide databases for cross-functional uses often involving large scale data organization and analysis. I assisted in the cost/benefit analysis and drafting of a Business Case Summary (BCS) involving the the entire Darlington Refurbishment Project. The recommended changes listed in BCS received approval from project Directors and began implementation during my work term.
