As the Area Developer for Office Pride Commercial Cleaning, I am responsible for assisting in the development of existing Office Pride franchises and recruiting and supporting new franchise operations in Louisville, Southern Indiana, Western Kentucky and Evansville. After selling Paragon Door Designs to THV Compozit Windows & Doors in 2012, David was retained as Executive Vice President of Sales. He assumed the sales management and marketing responsibilities for window and door products of its manufacturing division.

Realizing a need in the building products industry for a manufacturer of prefinished residential entry doors and storm doors focusing on the remodeling segment, David founded Paragon Door Designs in 1993. Paragon rapidly grew from a startup with three employees to over 45 employees and $6m in sales when sold in 2012 to THV Compozit Windows & Doors.

David began his career with Classic Security Doors. First in retail sales, then was promoted to Vice President of Sales, and finally to Vice President of Operations with an ownership position. During his tenure, the company grew from a small retailer employing 16 people to a national manufacturer and supplier of security storm doors employing 75 people. His role with Classic was essential in developing his sales management, business development and entrepreneurial skills.
