Originally a Motor Mechanic, I moved into the insurance world in 1978 and have extensive experience within the Insurance industry in Sales, Underwriting, Claims Management, as well as running a sole-charge office for FMG (18-years service); then moved to Loss adjusting for McLarens, GAB Robbins, Cunningham Lindsey and Sedgwick for the past 25-years. Currently handle Public Liability, Marine hull, Engineering claims and assist our office with mentoring. Liaise with a wide spectrum of the community and am experienced dealing with people at all levels. My key strengths are in written communication, interviews and fact finding in a friendly manner, negotiating settlements with integrity and honesty. I quietly build strong relationships both internally and externally.
