I enjoy doing my part in helping students, staff, and faculty to have a great, safe, and clean environment, I am a people person that enjoys interaction, and communication throughout the day, and have received an award for being helpful in helping with last minute room set ups awarded by the student council. I am a problem solver. For example, when I started at CEI the second story windows on the medical building had not been cleaned for 6 years. I came up with the solution of useing a scissor lift and 3 sheets of plywood to drive across the lawn to clean them at first, I then recommended we put in a sidewalk around the building, until funding was approved to put it cement to drive on, and I have cleaned the windows ever since. For 20+ years I enjoyed customizing, and restoring a variety of cars and trucks, such as a 1962 Austin Healey, 68 Fastback Mustang, 62 MGA, 68 Plymoth Satelite, 67 Camaro, 69 Ford Bronco, and to many more to list, except for my current project a 1968 Dodge Powerwagon. I enjoy the excitement of the marketing end of any business, and thrive on finding niche markets. Having been an ASE Certified mechanic in the past, I am skilled at troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and love the challenge. If you ask my mom, as a kid I took apart everything, not all of it was able to be put back together( clock pieces are really small) but a bunch of it was fixed, so to this day she calls me Mr. Fix-it.
