For the past 18 years I have been working for Grass Pad, for the ones not familiar we are a leader here in the Midwest of supplying premium Grass seed and Fertilizer to sod farms and to the public. I have to say it has been a wild ride . I have worn many hats through the years but I think my favorite has been commercial sales and training. I just recently took the role of recruiting new employees to all of our locations. Very excited about this opportunity. I have had an interesting resume of jobs of salesmanship and having a hands on approach with people has created a lot of opportunity to meet and work with some great people. My strongest attribute is relationships and and no matter what I am doing working or at home or traveling that is something that I am always working on. If I am not at the Pad I am with my family and friends enjoying Kansas City. Taking the dog around exploring nature and planning our next travel trip.
