Dave was formerly the Vice President of Emerging Business and responsible for identification and management of downstream partners for the recovery of commodities and resources. During Dave’s two years as VP of Emerging Business, ROUND2 successfully streamlined partners, allowing for greater levels of transparency and ensuring a solid chain of custody. Dave was formerly Vice President of Sales leading the Remarketing and Commodity Sales teams to maximize recovery values, mature wholesale channels, and provide a focus on ROUND2’s fast growing Business to Consumer sales channel. Additionally, Dave worked with select employees in a ROUND2 mentoring program to further develop occupational skills. Many of those who served under Dave in those early days went on to hold leadership positions throughout the organization. In January 2012, ROUND2 was acquired by Avnet Inc., a fortune 500 company. After the acquisition, Dave remained with the organization for over 2 years assisting in the post-acquisition leadership transition.
