Many of those who served under Dave in those early days went on to hold leadership positions throughout the organization. In January 2012, ROUND2 was acquired by Avnet Inc., a fortune 500 company. After the acquisition, Dave remained with the organization for over 2 years assisting in the post-acquisition leadership transition.
