Whilst in post I have managed the pilot of a new Personal Transport Budget Model. Consultation with stakeholders including a number of rich front a vulnerable and sensitive background. My over riding aim has been to contribute towards a more efficient use of council resources by realising budgetary savings for the delivery of Home to School Transport
