I have been a registered nurse for over 30 years. During that time I have worked in many units including; MedSurg, Neonatal ICU, Rehab, Flight nurse, ER, Critical Care, Clinical RN Student Instructor, Dialysis nurse, Nurse Supervisor, travel and registry nursing. As Corporate President and Clinical Manager I personally conducts clinical interviews for all of our new hires. Only accepting applicants who possess the combination of clinical and interpersonal skills that I expect from a competent co-worker and peer on any nursing unit. My clinical experience provides a level of expertise which has directly translated into exemplary reviews from the hospitals that Critical Options contracts with. In addition, Critical Options has been awarded several contracts because of the relationships with high ranking members of facilities, Nurse Management and Administrative Staff.During my career I have worked in a variety of management positions which has given me a diversity of experiences to prepare me to create and own a supplemental staffing agency such as Critical Options.
