CBI designated Pre-approved Control Function (‘PCF’) role reporting directly to the Audit Committee. Responsible for planning and organizing the activities of Internal Audit including:• Formulating annual internal audit plan • Estimating and managing resourcing needs, scheduling & assigning work to meet completion dates • Co-ordination and completion of audit plan by managing resources provided by AXA Group• Schedule, co-ordinate and manage Board Audit Committee meetings• Prepare and present on activity to the Board and Audit Committee on a quarterly basis• Provide consultancy services to Management to assist with and control, risk and governance issues

Worked with the Head of Internal Audit and Compliance in planning and organizing the activities of Internal Audit including: • Preparing the annual internal audit plan for review by the Head of Internal Audit and Compliance• Carry out audits on audit plan and prepare a report summarising findings of each audit • Key assignments completed include reviews of Unit Pricing, Derivatives & Collateral Management, Product Strategy, Actuarial profit & pricing, Compliance Framework and Anti Money Laundering • Follow up on all agreed management actions • Preparation of quarterly Audit Committee reports and all reports required by AXA Group
