• CBI designated Pre-approved Control Function (‘PCF’) role reporting directly to the Audit Committee. Responsible for planning and organizing the activities of Internal Audit including:
• Formulating annual internal audit plan
• Estimating and managing resourcing needs, scheduling & assigning work to meet completion dates
• Co-ordination and completion of audit plan by managing resources provided by AXA Group
• Schedule, co-ordinate and manage Board Audit Committee meetings
• Prepare and present on activity to the Board and Audit Committee on a quarterly basis

• Worked with the Head of Internal Audit and Compliance in planning and organizing the activities of Internal Audit including:
• Preparing the annual internal audit plan for review by the Head of Internal Audit and Compliance
• Carry out audits on audit plan and prepare a report summarising findings of each audit
• Key assignments completed include reviews of Unit Pricing, Derivatives & Collateral Management, Product Strategy, Actuarial profit & pricing, Compliance Framework and Anti Money Laundering
• Follow up on all agreed management actions
• Preparation of quarterly Audit Committee reports and all reports required by AXA Group
