I ensure that Airwave’s services and solutions are delivered to meet contractual SLA’s. I identify and close opportunities for the sale of Airwave’s standard products and services to my customer base. I have developed open and trusted relationships at all levels within Police forces and up to Regional Service Manager Level within the Home Office. I chair regular service review meetings and provide an escalation point for major service incidents. I represent Airwave at Police Regional User Group meetings across the South East and the East of England.

I was responsible for improving the performance of Airwave’s base station network. This work included trend analysis to identify any generic issues affecting the network, investigation of major service failures, corrective action planning & implementation, virtual team leadership and project management.

I was responsible for new business and increasing existing revenue streams from BT Global Services and BT Corporate Mid Market customers, selling Broadband network solutions, Data Centre/Disaster Recovery solutions and Wide Area Network solutions. I achieved my sales target in all 3 years from 2003 to 2006.

I was responsible for providing technical assistance to Account Directors & Account Managers in the Internal Trading Partners team. I was the Technical Design Authority on a number of very large Broadband networks sold into BT Global Services customers.

I was responsible for providing technical expertise and support to Account teams and customers in the Global Energy and Finance South sectors. I designed and sold complex voice and data solutions to major corporate customers. I provided network design and technical design authority for broadband networks for BT Global Services customers, with contract values in excess of £25M.
