Delivery to SLAs was maintained through service transition with no adverse business impact.• Managing a team of approximately 100 people to deliver:o Treasury – managing bank reconciliations, cash processing, query management and cash managemento Credit Control – managing IFA debt position and recoveryo Policyholder Tax – producing Inland Revenue returns and supporting reconciliationso General Ledger Assurance – managing key high volume policy related reconciliations and querieso Balance Sheet Management – reassurance, inter-company and reconciliation monitoring/reporting• Project management of service migration from UK to Sri Lanka and from Sri Lanka to India• Offshore management of service delivery, supplier performance and migrations of activities performed offshore• Relationship management of external customers and service providers (including HSBC, WNS, 24/7)

• Managing the Internal Control, Finance Support and Maintenance Teams within NUL Finance to produce key returns and provide financial control expertise and technical support across the company• Developing the strategic direction for NUL Finance processes and controls• Driving the production of risk and control returns and reports for NUL Finance management, Aviva Corporate Office and external regulators• Finance lead on IT developments such as large programmes, Business Continuity/ Disaster Recovery, IT Service Delivery and implementation of internal and external Service Level Agreements
