Goal of the IT transformation project (ITT) was to merge 3 main and 2 minor applications for the management of insurance contracts and claims. TIA is the main system for managing non-life insurance policies of Česká pojišťovna (and Generali Group). In addition to working with clients and policies, it also allows the settlement of claims. By using batch files, it communicates with other applications such as SAP (Accounting), CZP (Inbound and Outbound Payments), APH (Debt Receivables), and lots more. Above the TIA, another FEs (front-end) are built, allowing some of the TIA functionalities to do differently.
