TIA is the main system for managing non-life insurance policies of Česká pojišťovna (and Generali Group). In addition to working with clients and policies, it also allows the settlement of claims. By using batch files, it communicates with other applications such as SAP (Accounting), CZP (Inbound and Outbound Payments), APH (Debt Receivables), and lots more. Above the TIA, another FEs (front-end) are built, allowing some of the TIA functionalities to do differently. TIA serves as a data source for direct reporting (TIA assemblies) as well as DWH (data warehouse) too.IT Analyst role:Analysis of business requirements in non-life system TIA from the area of products and payment module.Communication with stakeholders (requestors mostly).Work cost estimation and rough specification of the program modification.Creation of change documentation and maintenance of functional documentation.Suggestion of key test scenarios, revision and support of testing, in exceptional cases also test execution.Bug fixing from production enviroment.Outputs preparation for audit.Scrum Master / Team Lead role:Coordination and management of approximately 10-member team (analysis, development, test).Split of requests to the smaller parts and their distribution among the team.Compilation and adherence to the time schedule (long-term and short-term).Prioritization of tasks within the team.Cooperation with interested departments and other scrum teams.
