The Business Unit improved profitability $48M year over year, an outstanding achievement. • Detailed country analysis on Global Mobility Management highlighted over $1.1M in vendor over-billings which were brought to Management’s attention. The team was able to leverage this information and gain $1M in credits back from our suppliers in 2017. If it were not for my discovery, this money would have been lost. • I provided an Iraq P&L to evaluate our revenue and costs generated from our new legal entity, established in 2015. My analysis demonstrated that the company were extremely short of our Iraq Business Case Revenue projections. This analysis is the cornerstone of our decision to potentially move to a Reach vs In-Country model for supporting our customers. The change in approach could drive in excess of $0.7M of savings in one year without any customer impact.

Responsibilities:• Provided Financial Consulting Services to client companies• Provided financial management by working as a CFO or relevant roles of the Client companies for the project period until the needs of the Clients are completed.Key Achievements:• Ez-on: Newly set up a Finance team and a Planning team as a CFO for the project time frame (5 months) and successfully completed new capital injection to the company and as a result the company was able to survive and stay on the Kosdaq Stock Exchange.• Shinkwang Corp: Successfully carried out a business plan review to reschedule a debt repayment plan and injected new capital to the company. The company regained its past reputation and remained on the KSE.• S Telecom: Built an acquisition deal structure and evaluated a ratio. Prepared merging schedule for “Backdoor Listing” to progress the company onto to the KSE.
