I oversee technical parts related issues and all tool and shipping fixture related activities. To include planning, budgeting, procurement, manufacture, shipping, crating and storage. My team and I are basically a one stop shop for all tool and fixture related needs for Nikon Precision Inc.. To put it in perspective one machine requires three tractor trailer loads of tools and fixtures to transport, install and maintain. I also manage special projects from creation through implementation. Identify areas for improvement integrate with other departments to compile input and create the most productive and cost effective solution.My ultimate goal is to run my own company. Interim goal is to gain experience in all facets of business to become the most effective leader through experience so when I do run a company, not only am I liked and respected by the team but also the customers and potentially end users.Specialties: Listening and communicating with customers under the most stressful conditions to assist with problem resolution.
