I focus on connecting ideas and people for enhanced outcomes and investing resources to help individuals thrive.As a Doctor of Ministry from South University School of Theology, my research and practice have centered on how joy catalyzes spiritual formation and discipleship. Today, I continue to apply these brain-friendly, joy-building practices within my ministries and advisory engagements.Blessed with five grown children and a group of spiritual ones, I cherish my time on my farm in the beautiful Texas countryside when not consulting or building ministries and businesses.
