Building surveyor / Engineer. Setting out engineer, As part of the engineering team on a large greenfield site were we started a development of a shopping center and apartments, Were as part of a team we set out site boundaries, basement excavations, foundation excavations, pad foundations, columns, wall, floor slabs, services etc. using laser equipment and measurements tools: Total Station, Dumpy levels.All Done to required Specification as per drawing spec.Myself and a colleague had the sole responsibility for a section of the project from start to finishto make sure it was completed to the required spec and to the highest standard.

Site Surveyor/Site AdministratorMy role was at the start of the project was as a site Clerk for which I did for the summer months, were I had responsibility for the clocking in and clocking out of all site personnel and to monitor their times when clocking in and clocking out. I was also responsible for the wages of all employees and to make sure the correct hours were recorded onto a database.I worked as a site clerk at a number sites in the company. I also worked as a junior site engineer for this company while continuing my site clerk duties, and was in control of the Drawing Register making sure it was up to date with the latest revisions for the whole of the site and management, I reported directly to the contacts Manager for the project. This project was a large 3 phase project of apartments and Duplex with a commercial Center.On this project I became proficient in the use of leveling and total station for setting out, and in the use of lasers for leveling.
