Responsibilities:1. Lead and manage the Network Department and IT Security team, comprising 18 professionals, to consistently deliver high-quality services aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.2. Oversee all aspects of network and cybersecurity operations for major customers, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical systems and data.3. Serve as the technical escalation point for complex network and security challenges, providing expert advice and support to the Operations Head.4. Ensure adherence to established SOPs, policies, and procedures to maintain operational compliance and excellence.5. Collaborate with the Customer Department to address inquiries effectively, ensuring network resolutions and fact-finding efforts align with both customer needs and commercial goals.6. Support business operations by engaging with key stakeholders, including CyberSecurity Malaysia (CSM), NACSA, and JPKN, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies such as MCMC.7. Foster technical team safety and operational readiness, while working with international ISPs to manage and optimize BGP network operations in Data Centre.8. Additionally, support the deployment of VSAT Starlink for the state of Sabah under the Ministry of KSTI, bridging the digital divide by providing internet access to underserved communities, ensuring inclusivity and connectivity for all.9. Strategic Management and Budget Planning for Network and Security Operations

My role is to overseeing both project management and administrative tasks within the network security domains.In projects, I handle follow-ups, network design, planning, costing, and execution. Additionally, I provide advice on external network, core network, switching, and security issues.Previously, I reported directly to the COO for network security projects, focusing on budgeting, planning, and implementation.Currently, I work under the Senior Operations Manager for network operations and the Business Development Manager for special projects. I also have a direct reporting line to the CEO for network and cybersecurity matters within the Network Department. My responsibilities include managing data center requirements and overseeing various aspects of network and cybersecurity operations.
