I have recently started training in vSAN as part of a secondary skill/product.

- Respond to strategic customers cases primarily via email and video conferencing software.- Resolve issues though gathering key data, researching, reproducing and troubleshooting.- Working directly with Management, Escalation Management, GS Escalation Engineers, VMware Engineering and Account Teams to resolve issues.- Host bi-weekly account calls with Premier Services Customers. providing case updates and feedback. - Presenting to customers at the Cork Tech Summit (Storage Troubleshooting Tips and Tricks).- Member of the expert bar staff at the Cork Tech Summit.- Worked on a global initiative to develop, update and review documents in the VMware Storage Knowledge base.- Produce presentations on topics to help with transfer of knowledge to the wider Storage Team.

During this period I worked the severity 1 cases on the weekend (Sat & Sun) while I completed my honors degree in IT Management.

I was given the opportunity to be a Intern at VMware during a 6 month placement.Here we were given guided exposure to VMware products and guidance though support requests.
