I am responsible for the overall smooth running of the Centre. My main areas of focus are ensuring the continued growth of income whilst reducing operational cost and continuing to offer a high level of service to our members. This role was a natural progression from the Duty Manager position I held for 4 years, retaining accountability for the below:• Completing all marketing strategies • Compliance, including H&S• Financial Forecasting & business planning• Managing and communicating to and with major stakeholders• Ensuring the smooth day to day running as a whole

In my current role as Duty Manager I have numerous areas of responsibilities. My main role is to oversee the smooth operation of the Gym and Fitness class with the Hudson leisure Centre, ensuring all training, health & safety and compliance is current and complies with company standards. I am also responsible for leading all fitness sales and retention within the Centre. I create & action social media strategies for the Centre as well as maintaining the Centres website and internal Centre marketing material. My other roles are: Fire compliance, Centre maintenance and Lifeguard.

My role was to assist Centre Manager and to cover Duty Managers across the 4 centres that New Vision Fitness owned. My duties included: customer service, customer complaints, Health and Safety,maintenance and visual merchandising.

I was involved in the smooth transition of the new "point of sale" system for the catering department. This included communicating with key stake holders with in John Lewis Peterborough in regards to time scales, progress of training all Partners and any snagging after the system had been launched.

I was required to be smartly dressed and have the optimum route to a specific destination prepared in order to meet to the strict timings imposed upon me. Additionally, I was involved in managing applications for potential recruits, ensuring stores were tidy and correctly maintained and manning the telephones.

My main responsibility was the running of the front of the restaurant and the waiting staff. This entailed taking food and drink orders, communicating with the head chef to ensure good timing with food orders. I was also responsible for taking money to the bank and customer relation in the delicatessen for bookings and taking deposits.

My main duty is to ensure the prompt deliver of goods to warehouse across the United Kingdom. I was required to find the optimum route to every destination. I was also required to be smartly dressed at all times and to be able to communicate with people.

My role was to strip down and prepare damaged vehicles for painting and then re-assembling for return to the customer.
