This includes tracking and analyzing finances, obligations, and projections; reviewing and approving quarterly financial reports; liaising with the Prime Implementer and coordinating meetings with the ICMA field office teams and program partners; and reviewing and contributing to program deliverables and ensuring their timely delivery. I also work with the ICMA US Office to resolve contractual and financial issues and ensure compliance with ICMA and USAID/client policies and regulations. As Senior Program Manager, I also contribute to ICMA's funded programs' business development, and support operations management between the ICMA Global Programs Management and Finance and Contracts Administration teams to ensure smooth overall operations.
