As a Software Team Lead, I lead a multi-company contractor/sub-contractor team to develop and deliver software solutions for our government customers. I lead the process of requirements discovery with the customer, I develop the system development plan for our project, I facilitate the software architecture design effort, and I lead the team through development of our software solution. I also represent our team to our customers, other stakeholders, and my company senior leadership.Projects:Custody Engine - system for scheduling spy satellites and other sensor platforms to maintain custody of all targets in the battlespace.Tracker Library productization - consolidate variants of trackers/tracking algorithms developed across STR projects into a single library, and then assist other projects that require a tracker to integrate this library into their project. Involves C++ and Java development.

Since August 2019 I have been a Principal Investigator at Raytheon BBN Technologies. I write proposals towards government research programs, and I manage the research team once we win the contract. I am currently working on projects with - blockchain for Command and Control- multi-domain kill webs ( I need to take out this target! What air/land/maritime/space/cyber options do I have?).Beginning in May 2022, I am also a Software Project Manager for one of the component technologies in the next-generation Air Battle Management System (ABMS), which NORAD is using to defend the United States against air threats (ICBMs, adversary aircraft, highjacked commercial airliners).

I am focusing on multi-sensor data fusion for object tracking. I utilize Kalman filters, Joint Probabilistic Data Association (JPDA), and other related methods. Our project will be open-sourced late March 2019.

- Managed three-person in-house research program in the area of Command and Control of Moving Target Defenses (MTDs) and other cyber defenses. Performed research on attack surface measurement for computer networks.- Provided technical expertise for the development and execution of a five-year external contract-based research program in the area of Command and Control of Moving Target Defenses (MTDs) and other cyber defenses.- Led the Air Force component of a cross-service (Air Force, Army, and Navy) research team that brought $1.3 million in research funding to the Air Force Research Laboratory.- Served as a technical reviewer for research proposals for IARPA, DARPA, and Air Force Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) program.- Initiated technical information exchange and collaboration with government, academic, and industry partners.
