Phase 2. Responsible for the chlorination/disinfection/pressurization and activation of the 7 mile potable water tunnel under Manhattan which successfully came on line on October 16, 2013.Resident Engineer/Construction Manager for the Emergency Response Contract at the NYCDEP North River Wastewater Treatment Plant in Manhattan, which was impacted by fire. The $40 million scope of work was to repair/recover from the fire which impacted the main sewage pump engines, blowers, motor control centers, electrical power and control systems, as well as the HVAC, Gas/Fire Detection and PA Systems.
