Primary responsibilities include: (1) process monthly Borrowing Base Certificates and reporting in which I manage 80+ asset-based accounts totaling $300+ million in commitments. Assisted in the creation and ongoing oversight of our internal database portal where all our ABL accounts are managed; (2) oversee covenant monitoring and compliance processing for our $16 billion commercial loan portfolio. Through a complex nCino dashboard, I monitor our entire covenant system while catching and correcting errors and other issues that occur; and (3) oversee the covenant exceptions portal in which I review and clear exceptions created by our post-closing group when legal docs don't properly match the approval docs.

Promoted to Portfolio Manager to provide ongoing asset management of the Jacksonville/St. Augustine commercial loan portfolio. Facilitated the preparation of credit underwriting and analysis of existing loans in connection with renewals, modifications and annual reviews.

Promoted by the bank’s regional credit officer to join the newly-formed Small Business Lending Unit (SBLU) to help streamline the commercial loan approval/renewal process. Now called Business Xpress (BX).• Loan officers submitted new loan requests and existing loan renewals up to $500,000 to the SBLU for approval through credit approval authority limits and independent judgment and discretion. This was accomplished by analyzing applicants' financial status, credit, and collateral to determine feasibility of granting loans. • Provided underwriting and financial analysis for the bank's larger and more complex commercial credit transactions to evaluate cash flow, debt service coverage and other financial ratios.

Responsible for the restructure of troubled borrower relationships and/or adversely graded loans within the Bank’s loan portfolio. Worked with loan officers and Credit Administration to ensure the Bank’s position is properly secured related to collateral and other assets pledged by the borrower. Took appropriate measures to mitigate the risk of loan charge-offs while maximizing the recovery of charged-off loans.

From Ponte Vedra Beach to Palm Coast, we kept Florida's First Coast clean. Sold company in 2016.• Directed all aspects of the company's financial functions. • Recognized as Best Cleaning Service in the St. Augustine Record's "Best of St. Augustine 2012 & 2013" competition which is voted by the readers of the Record newspaper.

• Developed new relationships with middle market C&I prospects ($5 to $50 million in annual revenues) primarily in the northwest Georgia market. • Oversaw all underwriting functions, financing request structure, approvals and review of all closing documents.• Managed client portfolio while strategically cross-selling other bank products and services.

• Promoted to Commercial Account Manager in 2002 to call on and develop relationships with C&I and real estate companies predominantly in the $10 to $50 million revenue range. Took over a $10 million portfolio in January 2002 and increased it to $21 million (funded) by end of 2002. In 2003, increased portfolio to $38 million (funded) and was recognized as top department producer for first half of 2003. These efforts resulted in promotion to Vice President.• Prepared credit offering reports, structured financing requests, obtained relevant approvals, prepared term sheets and commitment letters, and reviewed closing documents.• As a Portfolio Manager in 2001, managed a $40+ million portfolio for South Atlanta team and assisted lenders on new business relationships.• In 2000, started with bank as analyst in credit department. For one year, provided credit write ups on a wide variety of requests from several of the bank's lending groups.

Serviced 120 long-term care properties with a value of approximately $420 million for the acquisitions and development division of this REIT. Monitored constructions draws, financial statement reporting, loan/lease documentation functions and covenant compliance. Provided analytical support on new transactions, worked with customers on proposed terms of the deal and performed all functions associated with closing healthcare real estate deals. Joined AmSouth after Capstone was acquired by Healthcare Realty Trust.

Analyzed financial statements, summarized findings and provided opinions regarding potential clients’ credit worthiness. Collected and developed credit information to be used by lenders and committees in making complex lending decisions. Inspected residential properties as to completion percentage and quality of work prior to construction funding.
