- Lead FP&A teams supporting four operating segments with combined annual revenues over $1.3B- Oversee all finance-related functions including budgeting/forecasting, preparation of financial reports, technology & accounting support, and executive & board reporting- Manage corporate finance function including consolidated financial reporting, balance sheet / cash flow modeling, and debt covenant & lender reporting- Support diligence and negotiation for several strategic initiatives, including multiple amendments to $700M debt agreement, a $100M asset-backed securitization, and other contemplated transactions related to capital structure- Evaluate M&A and new revenue activities with Business Development team- Support analytics, KPI target-setting & tracking, and decision-making as a key business partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations

- Established and managed retention KPI’s from design to data structure with a strong focus on financial impact & ROI- Recruited and led team of analysts and call center management from team leaders to top-level managers- Continued to support finance & accounting teams through IPO including implementation of complex ASC 606 accounting rules which require calculation of full Lifetime Value at time of revenue recognition- Scaled call center Customer Care team more than 10x over 3 years and grew cross-sell revenue from $50K to $1.1M per month
