• Change Management Plan for the implementation of Workday at Banco Santander.

Design and execution of the change strategy for the implementation of different information systems (Employee Central, Cherwell Case Management, and SharePoint). Project implemented in all the countries of America, based on new information systems for the operational change of Human Resources processes.• Logistics of the Training Phase: I designed, coordinated and directed the logistics of 80 trainings nationwide. The coordination of the trainings included 2 factories, 12 branches, 1 administrative building, and 1 company foundation. Additionally, I designed the training plan for the Business Champions, who were in charge of complying with the training mentioned above. • Training Material: based on the different roles, profiles, areas of the company, and responsibilities of the employees; I designed and built different training materials adapted to each profile of the company to ensure the correct transfer of knowledge. • Communication Plan: I developed and executed a communication plan in conjunction with Change Manegement Leads from the rest of America to communicate project status, KPIs, next actions / activities, surveys, launches, etc.• Analysis of resistance to change: I designed and executed an analysis of resistance to change for each stakeholder of the project through surveys, where the following variables were included: factors linked to the employee, factors linked to the organization, and factors linked to the new information systems. • Support Plan: in the last phase of the project, I developed a support plan with the aim of consolidating knowledge, detecting opportunities for improvement, possible investments, and establishing contact with employees to obtain their feedback. The support plan was aligned with the global support plan, ticketing tool, and hypercare periods.

Additionally, I was responsible for making the deliverables of a change project due to the incorporation of new technologies.• Administrative processes: control and monitoring of the administrative processes of the Marketing and Sales population, such as: personal loans, expenses, calculation of vacations, etc.• Deliverables - Human Resources Project: responsible for making the deliverables for the Global Human Resources Project, complying with the established dates and deadlines. Responsible for the analysis of salary competitiveness of different organizations, using National Salary Surveys as an instrument, prepared by Conestructuras C.A.• Compensation and consulting reports for different clients: responsible of comparative analyzes for clients, detecting for companies in which market level they could compete or remain over time, and in turn what actions they should take in terms of wages and benefits to increase a step in terms of competitiveness.
