The design included draft on all plastics for easy mold removal as well as reducing the number of slides required in the mold to zero. This reduced the complexity of the mold, therefore reducing the build cost by thousands of dollars.Produced and quality assured a proprietary circuit board that included all of the company's specifications such as the LCD display, SD Micro card, processor, power supply and all the interfaces to the board. Programmed original operating system including boot loader, which allowed upgrades to the firmware and a barcode database. Wrote and maintained an e-commerce vitamin website that used Burgin Brunswig (a multi-billion dollar a year company) to drop ship products to our customers. The website communicates with the servers at Burgin Brunswig through EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) for updates, new products and products that need to be shipped. Maintained infrastructure. This included Company Internet Servers, SQL Servers, Financial Servers as well as Email services and any other server and client programs.
