I currently operate as the account manager for AirTubes contracted hospitals in the midlands and south.My role includes ensuring these hospitals are happy with our service and maintaining a good relationship between them and our company.I also advise them on any opportunities to improve or upgrade their system they may be considering.I actively seek out new opportunities within the NHS, Private Hospitals and other organisations such as retail, warehouses, quarry’s, dentists etc.I am involved in the development of our new system called CashNet which brings cash handling and recycling into the 21st century.

I was Deploying Hardware into the Stores in preparation for the rollout of Clothing RFID which is a new stock counting system..I was leading a team of Vendors and working with the Clothing Business Team to deliver their Project requirements.

Working in a department which looked at new Technology products in Retail and arranged short trials within Stores to assess the potential of using it in Tesco.My role was to the arrange the installation and connection of the equipment and work with the Store teams, Business Team and Tesco Technology to shape the operation of the product and obtain and collate feedback on it.This also involved presenting to senior Directors, including UK Board members and the wider business at Exhibition Events. Supporting StoreDirectors with complex Refit schemes and opening new Express stores.During my time in this department I was involved in Refits across all Formatsincluding 5 and 10 year Refresh and I was the resident Refit Manager at WembleyExtra extension. I also acted as Project Manager opening 3 Express sites.

Managing the day to day operation of the Fresh Food departments within store. Managing a team of Staff and Managers to achieve green KPIs, Store Standards and Development of Staff. Managing change as required including the UK Business Plan.Dealing with customer queries and complaints. Acting as a Duty Manager as required and running the store in the Store Managers absence.

I was the store based Project Manager for five major extensions of Extra stores. I was responsible for the planning and phasing of the retail works within the timescales set within the project. I was responsible for minimising disruption for the customers and the staff ensuring sales remain on track and the store is able to serve customers in a safe and pleasant environment.I was also responsible for communicating phases of the work to the staff and customers and work closely with the Store Manager and his team to complete the project successfully. I was also responsible for the staff budget up to 500k and the recruitment and training of the temporary staff.I was also involved in the snagging process and the checking the store was fitted to current design standards.The job involved attending and presenting to management teams inside and outside of Tesco and working closely with a number of suppliers.Stores completed; Lee Valley, Purley, Pitsea, Ponders End, Surrey Quays.

In two stores Mitcham (2 Years) and Richmond (3 Years) in South and South West London. Managing teams of managers and staff up to 120 in number. Being responsible for the day to day running of the store and the welfare of the staff.Accountable for the store KPIs and profitability, store standards, security and development of the staff. Reporting to the Store Operations Manager.

Se London, Essex And Kent

Working for the Store Director in two spells in South East London and Kent. Coaching and Training store teams and Managers on store based computer systems. Rolling out system changes to the stores. Identifying operational issues and finding local solutions to solve the issues for the group and stores. Presenting system changes and other issues to the Store Managers at their meetings. Attending meetings and presentations as the group’s representative and briefing Store Managers and their teams on the content. Being the group system expert for the Store Director and helping to present and roll out Project Future as a coach.
