Ensures that tours occur in a proper manner. Set up all the attractions along the tour route. Provide tours for fans as well as answer any and all questions in regards to the ball park and the tour route itself. Works closely with Security, Ticket Sales, Metropolitan Hospitality and the Director of Guest Experience.

Works with Guests to ensure a great time at the Ball Park. Assists Guests in finding seats and other areas of interest in the Ball Park. Other duties include helping the Vice President, Director and Manager of Guest Experience with tasks around the office.

Assist Guests with getting around the arena, also answers any questions involving the venue plus fielding and complaints.

Helps with maintaining a safe store. Also, ensures the safety of Guests and Employees.

Duties included managing a clean and fully stocked bar, and ensuring that the guests received what they ordered correctly and and in a timely manner. Also, acted as a Host in greeting Guests to help then enjoy the experience of The Ground Round.

During the Baseball season duties included handing out promotional items to Guests walking into the Ball Park, and assisting them joining the Fan Club for Kids. Also served as a Supervisor to the Seasonal staff. During the off-season duties included assisting the Director of Corporate Sales and Promotional Supervisor to accomplish day-to-day tasks.
