David’s responsibilities included design development reviews, construction planning and scheduling, project controls, resource planning, subcontractor management and the direct management of field staff who self-performed the majority of the structures work on the project.From 2018 to 2019 on the Regina Bypass Project, David served as the Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Manager for the Design-Build Contractor and was responsible for coordinating the interfaces between, and for supporting the effectiveness of, the IMS disciplines of Quality, Safety and Environment. As part of this role, David was responsible for managing the Design-Build Contractors' Commissioning activities on the project.
