First contact in Autoliv for Nissan and Toyota European Tech Centers• Implementation of all Serial Changes requested by customers or developed by Autoliv• Good understanding of OEM project process• Responsible to sustain a good customer relationship and communicate all customers wishes in Autoliv• Good knowledge of customer and Autoliv legislative standards of automotive safety products• Ensure quality, accuracy and in time delivery of all customer requests• Good knowledge of all products and requirements delivered to the customer• Responsible to update all customer related documentation, organisation of testing procedure and ordering the parts• Takes part in a regular basis to meetings with the customer or suppliers• Organizes and verifies all drawings modified or created by the designer• Structure modification in Autoliv system ( PLM ) for all affected products and fallows the correct and in-time implementation• Responsible to coordinate and sign Technical Product Validation, SC/CC lists, DFMEA • Approving or disapproving OEM demands by presenting them to Department Managers with a detailed timing plan, detailed business case and feasibilities given by production plants and suppliers• Leading and supervision of approved Autoliv Changes (e.g. quality improvements, capacity shortage, supplier changes ..) or Customer Demands (e.g. new webbing color, product improvements …) • Coordination and communication of all activities across the Autoliv Department• Controlling and reporting of the project budgets to the Autoliv Global • Coordination of design customer complaints and lead of Customer Engineering Warranties that can lead even to Vehicle recalls• Responsibility for the implementation of cost reduction measures, taking account of time, quality, function and cost• Determination and use of methods to improve the quality, and to reduce the cost and time required change ( 8D , 5 why , Ishikawa )

• Responsible for 2D and 3D seat belts models in CATIA V5 and Catia V4, our customers being Renault & Dacia, Peugeot & Citroen, Nissan, Toyota, Opel;• Provide drawings with work instructions and BOMs (Bill of Material) for production;• Working with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) involving all the components that enter in a seat belt;• Provide drawings with test setup instructions for Laboratory (in order to validate the product);• Initiate ECRs (Entreprise Change Request) for new and modified designs or for updating documentations.
