In the early stages of his career, David sold over 500,000 square feet of urban infill land development projects in the Los Angeles area. In 2008, David moved to San Diego where he started his career in multifamily sales. David helped grow a small multifamily company in Point Loma, California from the ground up. In this position, David and his partners brokered close to $1 billion of multifamily assets. David is dedicated to serving as a dependable resource, prioritizing his client’s interests in every transaction and representing their best interests in every capacity.
