I joined the board of Enterprise Finance as non-executive chairman in 2013, making a significant equity and loan investment at the same time. I was involved in the successful marketing and sale of a minority stake in the business to Livingbridge private equity partners in 2013, assisted with the follow on acquisition of West One Loans in 2014 and finally concluded my role there with a secondary sale to Exponent private equity partners completed in February 2017.
