As the Vice President Operations at Panera Bread, I oversee the strategic and operational performance of over 2,000 cafes across North America, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and safety. I also lead the development and implementation of new initiatives and best practices to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. As the Founding Partner of Tailgators Sports Bar, I have successfully launched and managed a popular and profitable sports bar concept that offers a unique and engaging dining and entertainment experience. I have also served on the board of directors of the Ontario Restaurant Hotel & Motel Association, where I advocated for the interests and needs of the hospitality sector.
