• Oversee up to 60 loans each month by utilizing time management expertise to project which job functions are necessary to completed daily. • Adhere to loan milestones by providing constant communication via email and telephone for all clients. • Deeply analyze financial data which includes: Credit reports, appraisals, government guidelines, institution procedures, legal documents to establish realistic timelines, and project possible scenarios that could delay closing/funding. • Responsible for reviewing specific personal documents such as title reports, divorce decrees, bankruptcy documents, and consumer reports and ensure they are handled with confidentiality. • Maintains high producer status consistently by meeting departmental goals and finishes each quarter as a top 3 producer in total units completed, while maintaining high quality scores. • Assists in mentoring new hires, by turning their knowledge to fit into our organizations mission and monitors their quality and efficiency to ensure future success.
