I have many years experience across the horticultural sector ranging from orchard management, viticulture, seed collection and processing, ornamental nursery production and sales to more recent involvement in the compliance and certification industry. As an Area Manager for AsureQuality I lead a team of Assessors and Auditors who provide exceptional customer focused delivery. Due to the excellent service provided and strong industry relationships developed over time I have been involved in the development of several new Export Programmes delivered by the local team.Some of the highlights have been the successful progression of the teams reflected in the engagement scores,via Peakon,the world's leading platform for measuring and improving Employee Engagement, climbing each year to be nearly a point above the company average with management sections 2 points above the company average. Oversight of a 6 year Export Programme for a leading horticultural exporter, enabling their global export strategy to come to fruition has also been a real highlight.I enjoy the outdoors - surfing, mountain biking, kayaking, bush walking - and have been involved with running monthly plant based cooking classes for 3 years with up to 40 participants per night. I have a passion for healthy living and lifestyles.
