I was Part of the senior leadership team that supported Informatica's IPO in 2021.On the product side, I lead engineering teams to deliver cloud integration services that supports a 40% year-over-year growth in cloud revenue (NNB), while maintaining low Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) churn. Key accomplishments:1) Integration GenAI Agents and Co-Pilot: Leveraging the latest GenAI and LLM technologies, this service enables users to create and modify integration artifacts through a full-text conversational chat interface. 2) RAG GenAI Support: This service enables non-GenAI experts to build RAG/LLM agents. It provides a no-code environment that allows users to convert, augment, chunk, and embed unstructured data (e.g., PDFs) for ingestion into vector DB. It also provides a pre-built workflow enable users to retrieve content from vector DB and LLMs to build their chatbot.3) On-Premises Customers Modernization: This service assists on-premises customers in modernizing their Informatica On-Prem instances by transitioning from self-service installations to a managed service model. It provides a control plane to manage on-Prem instances, including software installation/upgrade and application monitoring and alerting. It includes toolset to allow customers to migrate on-prem workloads to cloud-native services. It helps Informatica convert its on-prem maintenance revenue into cloud NNB.4) Data Ingestion and ELT (Extract, Load, and Transform): Provides simple UI to ingest data from various sources into a cloud data warehouse, with transformations applied at the target. On organization side, I built an efficient, resilient and collaborated organization capable of providing 24/7 support across geo. I played duo roles in this project. As lead architect, I was responsible for defining the overall integration architecture. Worked with DI and DQ engineering teams to define feature list and deliverables from each team. As overall development lead, I worked with development managers to define major milestones, track progress, resolve team dependencies and conflicts, lead bug triages, gather project status and mitigate project risks. • Distributed Computing and Parallel Data ProcessingRe-architected DataIntegrator to run in Grid computing environment. Dramatically improved Data Integrator performance by partitioning incoming data and processing them in parallel on different processes/threads on one or many machines to fully utilize available system resources, including CPU and memory.

It helped users to move and transform data from source to target.Key features delivered:Interactive DebuggerIt provides debugging facility to allow users to debug a Data Integrator job. Debugging functionalities include pause execution, continue execution, view current data, modify current data, step over, set / remove / enable / disable breakpoint with or without conditions. I was the project lead for this feature and also responsible for the backend implementation..AccessServer and Real Time ProcessingEnhanced DataIntegrator to process real time data. AccessServer is the dispatcher. It takes input requests and forwards them to corresponding backend processes to process. It is a C++ JMS like implementation.
