LAs first mobile club building and repair operation

Responsible for club fittings, repairs, and builds. Also tasked with maintaining inventory of components and supplies

I took over a fledgling custom club building business and helped it become the fastest growing custom club outfit in Los Angeles. In addition to building clubs to the tightest of standards, I was responsible for shipping and receiving, inventory control, and instituting protocol regarding build timelines and pricing.

I assemble golf clubs to the highest possible custom specifications for the World's number one custom proline. Additionally, I work in the warehouse to help out with with shipping and receiving as well as being in charge of product testing and quality control.

As an Assistant Store Manager, I'm responsible for the day to day operations of my store. This position was multifaceted as well and my responsibilities included: Every manner of club repair, sales of normal merchandise and my craftsmanship skills, tracking supply levels and placing necessary orders, merchandising the sales floor, and training new employees.

Most of the responsibilities here included all manner of club repairs and some sales.
