Associate responsible for providing planning and development management services for a variety of land use planning matters and development related projects. Responsibilities include the following:• Research and analysis of land use options;• Preparation of Due Diligence reports;• Site investigations;• Preparation of Highest and Best Uses Studies, Land Use Planning Reports, and Options Analysis Reports;• Coordination, processing, preparation, and monitoring of various development applications including: Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendments, Plan of Subdivision and Condominium, Site Plan Approval, Consent and Minor Variance application; and• Preparation for Ontario Municipal Board hearings.
