This position required a tight-knit team to design and setup the hospitality station of a conventional hall booth. Upon approval of our portion of the booth's layout by the contracted companies management, we were expected to distribute the selected hospitality products to all convention hall attendees. In some instances, this meant interacting with over one thousand attendees from all over the world for each day of the convention.

During my time at Carden Foods, Inc. my list of responsibilities grew immensely. In my final role with the company I served as the point of contact for over 40 separate school systems as their supplier of fresh produce. This meant negotiating yearly contracts and ensuring their needs were met on a daily basis. As a part of this, I coordinated and expedited the routes of up to 15 delivery drivers while processing all associated delivery paperwork. I was also responsible for a large portion of the book keeping within the business, while working to bring the systems into a modern electronic style of reporting. This included daily banking, weekly payroll, weekly published pricing, and quarterly taxes. I also was responsible for managing the fleet of trucks and other various material handling equipment associated with the business.
