I have over five years experience working in customer service, the last two of which were working within Financial Services. Specifically, I have worked as a Fraud Investigator within retail banking where I have gained extensive experience of transaction monitoring and fraud prevention. I have continuously worked under pressure and achieved excellent results, and have gained a great deal of knowledge of anti-money laundering and fraud tactics. I have simultaneously developed my customer service and KYC skills while working in a timely and efficient manner: making informed, in-the-moment decisions.
