This role will be responsible for everything including securing the development opportunity, carrying out due diligence, negotiation and awarding of contracts, preparation of programs, preparation and management of budgets and managing projects from initial concept through to completion.You will work closely with builders/contractors, engineers, consultancies, relevant authorities and the senior management team to ensure that the project is delivered on time, under budget and to the highest quality standards. You will report to the director and will prepare written reports to keep all stakeholders informed as to the progress of projectsYour key responsibilities will be:• Delivery of project program and strategies• Take ownership of the project from all aspects• Oversee budgets, cost plans, contract administration• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders• Managing key stakeholder relationships and client expectations.• Attending all meetings and taking minutes • Ensure all relevant Australian standards are met, especially compliance with all OWHS standards• Work within a financial framework and deliver on, or under budget, • Prepare estimations and quotations for tenders, submissions and variances.• Organise the logistics, documentation and planning • Prepare and deliver contracts• Work with other professionals; engineers and architects in a collaborative and constructive manner• Managing projects onsite and collaborating with onsite team members• Tender reviews and analysis including RFI's• Evaluate current processes and practices to develop and implement improvements• Written and verbal progress reports - weekly and monthlyYour key drivers will be:• Ability to deliver work independently, in a timely, organised and professional manner• Ensuring milestones are reached on time and on budget• Reviewing the critical path on an ongoing basis
