In that time, I focused on managing risk, improving operations, and developing partnerships to grow our impact. My work in risk involved quantifying predictors of repayment and running A/B testing on collection strategies. In operations, I grew our referral program nationwide and improved our loan review process. On partnerships, I built relationships between Kiva and other micro-finance institutions (MFIs) to provide a pathway for our borrowers to continue their business growth. Now, I am managing the relationship between Kiva and Oliver Wyman, a collaboration that has yielded a whitepaper on the role of MFIs in the credit ladder. -
