I'm expert in electricity generation technology and economics, business development, operations, front office leadership, risk management, power marketing, project management, engineering and deregulated electricity market design.I’ve worn many hats in my career – manager, marketer, dispute resolver, customer service representative, business analyst, contract administrator, negotiator, proposal writer, organizational designer, among others. As a result, I get the big picture and can delve into the detail, delivering a scope of perspective that adds unique value. I add value to business performance based primarily on the following:- I believe that “better” is always possible. I’m not apathetic and am intolerant of mediocracy. I reject the “we’ve always done it this way, therefore its best” mentality.
