My work in 2023 culminated in leading the development of CTR's annual report, which examined CBRN developments around the world and CTR's global programming in 2022 in a 100+ page analysis. For future work, I worked with others to update CTR's reporting structure and logic model to allow for more effective coding of qualitative materials into NVivo software. In addition to ISN/CTR, I supported a Department of Labor, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management, Civil Rights Center (DOL/OASAM/CRC) contract to provide recommendations, data analysis, and general management support for DOL’s yearly Language Access Plan (LAP), designed to ensure proper DOL support is given to Limited English Proficient (LEP) communities. My work culminated in Demographics Report for DOL on languages spoken and English proficiency across the continental U.S. and territories, which was pushed to the Assistant Secretary for Policy with positive reviews.
